Beginner Yoga:  This class is designed for the very beginner. Everyone has the ability to lift their arms in the air and stretch. If you can breathe, you can do yoga.

Intermediate Yoga: Hatha yoga, which means that the yoga poses flow from one pose to the next. This class is designed to raise the heart rate, strengthen the muscles while increasing flexibility. Core stomach muscles and upper body strength are challenged. A great all around workout!

Yoga for Tennis Players: Yoga/stretching class specifically designed for tennis players. Concentration of specific muscle groups used in tennis.

Dance Classes: Simple choreography with awesome music. Low impact designed to get your heart rate up. If you like to the electric slide, you can do  this class. FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
